Raymond Kok joined the company as a lawyer in 2007 and initially worked at the Osnabrück office. In 2008, he moved to Shanghai and has since headed up the office.
Between 1996 and 2003, Raymond Kok studied law at the University of Osnabrück and completed his degree in 2004 with the First State Examination in Law. He completed the Second State Examination in Law in 2006. Raymond Kok has held the title Magister rerum publicarum since 2007.
Raymond Kok works in the area of investment law and accompanies German companies in their business activities in the People’s Republic of China. The focus areas of the legal consulting are corporate law, brand law, general contractual law and cross-border M&A transactions.
In addition to legal support of German companies in the People’s Republic of China, he also advises in particular Chinese companies in their entry on the German market.
Raymond Kok regularly gives talks on Chinese law.

- Advising with regard to corporate law of a German company with restructuring measures within the PR China.
