“Between China and Europe - Energy for Future Earth” - Lecture of Schindhelm at Warsaw-Beijing-Forum

In keeping with our good and longstanding cooperation with the University of Warsaw, Schindhelm has given a lecture on the topic of “Energy market liberalization between the EU and China” in the conference “Between China and Europe - Energy for Future Earth” organized and hosted by Warsaw-Beijing-Forum on April 11^th, 2021. Due to the current Covid-19 situation, the event must be conducted as an online lecture. Four lawyers from Schindhelm Allianz, Dr. Agnieszka Łuszpak-Zając (SDZLEGAL Schindhelm Polen), Mr. Bartosz Frydel (SDZLEGAL Schindhelm Polen), Mr. Marcel Brinkmann (Schindhelm Osnabrück, Shanghai, Taicang) and Ms. Qian Zhang (Schindhelm Shanghai) presented the current legal situation and future developments with regard to the liberalization of the energy market in Poland and the EU as well as the expansion and market access conditions in the field of renewable energies in China. In the subsequent panel discussion, the lecturers answered the numerous questions of the 70 participants.
