Our lawyer, Ms. Pyn-An Sun, will provide you with an overview of the reasons for a unilateral termination by the employer as stipulated under the Labor Contract Law of the People’s Republic of China. With the help of case studies you will receive practical guidelines and advices to be considered during a termination process and whether any economic compensation will be payable to the dismissed employee.
