Background
Elżbieta Białobrodzka-Skrzypiec has been working with SDZLEGAL Schindhelm/ Schamper Law Firm since February 2024 and is a member of the German Desk team.
She graduated from the Faculty of Neophilology (specialisation: German philology) and the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. During her studies in law, she studied at the St. Petersburg State University under a bilateral agreement between the universities. In addition, she participated in the International Law Summer School programme organised by the University in cooperation with St. Petersburg State University and Irkutsk State University. In May 2022, she submitted her doctoral dissertation entitled Internal relations within limited partnership with a limited liability company as a partner in the comparative perspective, in which she presented the results of her scientific research conducted under Polish, German, Austrian, Swiss and Liechtenstein law. For this dissertation, she was awarded the scholary degree of doctor in social in the field of law in June 2022.
As of March 2023, she is registered on the list of attorneys-at-law of the Poznan’s Bar Assosiation of Attorneys-at-law.
Elżbieta Białobrodzka-Skrzypiec gained her professional experience working both in law firms and in companies engaged in activities other than legal activity, including recognizable international companies.
She specialises in complex legal advice related to the business activity, including licensed activities, conducted by individuals and commercial companies.
