Background

Wolfgang Winkelmann has been working for our EBiT Tax – Group office in Porta Westfalia, since 2000 as a partner.

After successfully completing his business studies at the University of Paderborn in 1994 (semester abroad in the U.K.) with a focus on balance sheets, finances and taxes, he passed his tax advisor exam in 1998 and his auditor exam in 2001. In 2004, he also passed the CPA exam in New Hampshire (U.S.).

Expertise

Wolfgang Winkelmann provides comprehensive advice to medium-sized entrepreneurs and companies, in particular in connection with succession planning and in the area of complex restructurings, also within corporate groups. Since the beginning of his career, he has advised on M&A transactions of all sizes.

Wolfgang Winkelmann regularly lectures on the topics of succession and restructuring.
