Patents and utility models

Due to the monopoly of the patent and utility model holder, third parties can only use the intellectual property right profitably for their company when they have been granted a licence for usage by the patent or utility model holder. We support both the patent holder and the licenser and possible licensees in the contractual negotiations and check and draw up licence agreements.

In collaboration with renowned patent attorneys, we support you in court and out of court in the defence of your intellectual property rights. We draw up warnings and enforce claims for forbearance, information, elimination and compensation, including in temporary injunction proceedings. With imports of products that breach patent law or utility models, we support you in applying for and enforcing confiscation at the border so that the products that breach the law do not even reach the market.
